"Still waiting for a reply!!"
I reached out to support no one ever got back to me!! It’s frustrating when you’re just trying to get some help and end up waiting with no response.

"They fixed it... eventually"
Had an issue with my order and it took longer than I would’ve liked to get sorted, because apparently patience is part of the package. Support did respond, to be fair, and they did fix it in the end. Not exactly a flawless experience, but hey, at least it got resolved.

"Communication was kind of slow"
Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. The replies were short too, so I had to piece things together a bit, and that part was weird. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely think they could be clearer and quicker next time.

"Checkout kept sending me in circles"
I tried ordering something from rigeshop.com, but the checkout page just would not cooperate. It would spin for a while, almost like it was loading, then suddenly dump me right back in the cart. I ended up typing my name, address, and phone number three separate times, and by the third time I was weirdly annoyed at having to recheck tiny things like the apartment number and postcode again.
The payment step was also confusing because I couldn’t tell if anything had actually gone through. There was no proper confirmation message, no order number, not even a clear error, just this vague page behavior that made me second-guess everything. I sat there checking the button, the little loading icon, and my email inbox for a minute before giving up

"Shipping Cost Was Just Too Much"
I was already feeling mentally drained, and seeing the shipping cost ended up being more than I expected just made it worse. At that point, it really didn’t feel worth it...

"Stock can be hit or miss"
I was browsing rigeshop.com and actually found a few things I wanted, but some of them was out of stock, which got a little frustrating. The site itself is okay, and when items are available, it works fine enough. I just wish they kept the stock info updated better. Not a bad experience, just kind of average for me.

"Exchange was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I tried to exchange my order through rigeshop.com, it turned into such a headache 😕. I sent over the info they asked for, but it took forever to get a clear response, and then later I started getting different answers, which just made everything more confusing.
I had to follow up more than once, and even then it felt like no one was really taking ownership of it. The whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be, so I don’t think I’d order from them again...

"I’m not sure if I just caught them..."
I’m not sure if I just caught them on a bad day, but my experience with rigeshop.com really wasn’t great overall. It felt more stressful than I expected, i just ended up feeling frustrated.

I was hoping it would be a simple, straightforward process, but it didn’t really feel that way to me. Maybe I had different expectations, but it left me kind of annoyed and not very confident about using the site again.

Other people might have had a smoother time, so I don’t want to say it’s terrible for everyone. But for me personally, it was about a 1-star experience, and I probably won’t be going back.

The payment worked fine and everything went through, but I don’t know, I still felt a little unsure while doing it. Maybe it was just me overthinking, but I kept wondering if I was doing it right. Has anyone else felt that way?

I’m not sure this is the real thing. The item just felt a little off when I received it, and now I’m stuck trying to be patient while figuring it out, which is frustrating. I was expecting to feel confident about the purchase, but I don’t.

"Okay selection, but could be better"
I checked out Rigeshop just to browse around, and it has decent range of products. It’s not bad if you don’t have something super specific in mind.
I did find few useful items, but some categories felt kind of limited. There were things I expected to see, but they were either missing or only had couple options.
Overall, it’s fine for quick look, but nothing really stood out to me. I might check back later, though I do hope they add more variety.

"Promo code didnt even work"
I added the promo code and it looked fine at first, but when I got to checkout the discount just disappeared. Annoying tbh, I was expecting it to actually apply before I paid.

The order did arrive in good condition, so no complaints there. But the shipping was slower than expected, and it felt preventable with better updates or handling. Not a huge deal, but it definitely could’ve been smoother

"Delivery was okay, but trust your gut on timing"
I ordered from rigeshop.com and the package did show up, just later than I was expecting. The tracking wasn’t very clear, which made me a little unsure while waiting. Nothing was damaged, so that part was fine, but my instinct was telling me the delivery might not be the smoothest, it wasn’t. I’d say it arrived okay in the end, but their delivery reliability could definitely be better.

"Prices are way too high for what was promised"
I feel like the price is just too much for what you actually get. They made it sound like there would be more value, but it didn’t really live up to those promises. Disappointing.

To be fair, the package did show up, so I can’t say it was a total bad experience. It did arrive later than expected, and the tracking updates were slow, which made it hard to know what was going on. I think it would feel a lot more reassuring if the tracking was kept more up to date
